Each member of AXIS Financial Group is highly qualified and knowledgeable in their field, with an impressive wealth of practical industry experience. Their collective skills and expertise has been a key driver in the Company’s success and they are all committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for each client, be they individual or corporate.

AXIS Financial Group is a privately owned company, with two of the owners engaged as full time executives within the business.

AXIS Advisers are responsible for the direct servicing of our clients and assisted by our Administration and Technical Services teams who are supported by a fully integrated client management system. This state-of-the-art database allows us to provide the most up-to-date details about each member’s superannuation and insurance policies on request.

We service our members through a combination of face-to-face planning sessions at their place of work or at regular group information sessions. Members are also welcome to contact their adviser by telephone or e-mail, or to schedule a meeting at the AXIS Financial Group office.

All client interaction is supervised and controlled through formal workflows, with written reports or statements of advice confirming the recommendations we’ve made to each member, be they corporate or individual.
